Harry Gibbs, Funeral Service Manager
With over 24 years of experience in Funeral Directing in the local area, Harry Gibbs is perfectly suited to the role of Funeral Services Director at Blackburn Funeral Services. Born and brought up in Oswaldtwistle, Harry started on a YTS scheme at Talbots Funeral Service in 1993, qualifying as a Funeral Director in 2000 and managing the branch until 2009. He then joined Blackburn Funeral Services, and our professional staff regularly draw on his wealth of local knowledge and experience in order to provide a very personal style of Funeral Directing. With a family orientated approach, Harry works hard to ensure that the team continue to deliver outstanding levels of service to every family they serve in Blackburn and the surrounding areas.
Nicola Howarth & Mandy Bolton
Nicola Howarth (right) trained to be a Funeral Director at a large family firm in Nottingham. She qualified in 2009, attaining the Scales Award for the highest mark in her year, and joined the team at Blackburn Funeral Service in 2010. During her 8 years at Blackburn Funeral Services, she has served many families with true care and dedication, always delivering the highest levels of service.
